Learning
Our approach to learning is evidence-based and guided by an understanding of the brain and human behaviour to drive positive behavioural change that sticks. We design our learning programs to give participants the greatest opportunity to learn, gain insights and recall new information and skills acquired during training and apply them in the workplace.

Contemporary approaches to learning
Research shows that up to 90% of information presented in classroom training (in-person or online) is lost within just 30 days, most within the first few days. Statistics show that people retain less than 50% of knowledge after one hour of training and only 30% after one day.
Evidence also suggests a blended approach of structured learning events, learning from others, experiential learning and reinforcement through coaching is the most effective approach for absorbing, consolidating, and recalling learning, making the most of our time with your staff ensuring your team’s learning is embedded into practice. Meaning you receive a greater return on your training investment.
We offer a range of training options aimed at helping your staff be more adaptable in rapidly changing environment and increasing their performance so that your organisation can achieve its objectives.
Our training is developed as modules that are designed to be a stand-alone session or combined with other modules to create learning programs depending on your needs. Many of these modules can be delivered as micro-learnings, short sessions usually 90-120 minutes long to provided foundational skills and knowledge, or one- to two-day sessions, depending on the depth of knowledge needed. Our post training coaching sessions are group based, aimed at encouraging participants to support each other in the workplace and integrate their learning into their way of working and further develop insights.
