We are passionate about helping organisations build its capability to increase staff and organisational wellbeing to drive improved performance and create a positive culture. We specialise in positive change management. Our approach to wellbeing is based on science. That’s not to say we are Polly Annas! We don’t ignore the challenges; we use evidence-based constructs and techniques to ensure we explore challenges in a positive way.
Our approach is based on appreciative inquiry because research shows that when people focus on a positive future, they are more engaged with the change process and they are energised whereas when the focus is on problems staff can become de-energised, defensive and dis-engage with the change process and dialogue. We look for what is already working well and build on that.
