Wellbeing strategy

The last few years have exacerbated and accelerated long-standing challenges to employee health and wellbeing, resulting in reports of rapidly rising rates of employee burnout, stress and disengagement worldwide.
Many organisations are investing more into mental health and wellbeing than ever before, offering a range of benefits such as yoga, meditation app subscriptions, well-being days, and time management and productivity training. As impressive as these efforts are, these benefits are individual-level interventions that remediate symptoms rather than resolving the causes.
Our wellbeing strategy program has three components that holistically looks at staff wellbeing. Our Wellbeing strategy program aims to increase individual wellbeing, leading to organisational wellbeing, resulting in higher performance:
First, we review the organisation’s wellbeing policies and data to ensure they are holistic and integrated.
Second, we educate employees about the science of wellbeing so that they can identify and implement strategies that will work for themselves and their lifestyle.
Third, we co-design the organisational wellbeing strategy with employees to ensure it meets the organisation’s and employees’ needs.
